Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scrum Master Engineer, based in Abroad. The Scrum Master Engineer will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with product owners to refine user stories, removing impediments for the development team, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and delivery.



The role involves partnering with software developers and stakeholders to align technical work with business objectives, monitoring sprint progress, and using analytical skills to track metrics and optimize team performance. The Scrum Master Engineer will also foster effective communication across cross-functional teams and contribute to building a culture of collaboration and accountability that supports abroad opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong Agile and Scrum skills, including experience with Sprint Planning and managing Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to work with User Stories, backlog management, and collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
- Solid Software Development understanding to effectively support engineering teams and interpret technical requirements.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams.
