Lead Analog Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analog Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for analog and mixed-signal IC design, specifically focusing on high-speed ADCs. With an experience range of 5-10 years, the candidate will lead projects and innovate in a cutting-edge engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog ICs with a focus on high-speed ADCs and mixed-signal circuits.
- Lead the full lifecycle of analog design projects from concept through to post-silicon validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design specifications and functional requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage a small team to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Utilize advanced CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso for circuit simulation and layout tasks.
- Analyze silicon data, troubleshoot design issues, and drive iterative improvements based on post-silicon findings.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in Analog IC Design, High-Speed ADC Design,



and Mixed-Signal IC Design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools, particularly Cadence Virtuoso.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams in a technical leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor physics and electronic circuit functionality.

Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with post-silicon validation processes to ensure product meets technical specifications.
- Strong leadership skills capable of motivating team members towards achieving engineering excellence.
