This is a leadership role. You’ll drive strategy, oversee execution, and grow the brand digitally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies
- Lead content and design teams
- Analyze performance metrics
- Oversee paid campaigns
- Drive audience growth and engagement
- Shooting Podcast / interviewing studio and industry people

Requirements
- 2-3 years of social media leadership experience
- Strong understanding of anime/animation industry(optional)
- Data-driven mindset
- Team management experience
