Job Responsibilities:
Purpose of role:
- Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA. Understanding of Point of Interest will be added advantage.
Broad activities performed:
- Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users - Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
- Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
- Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
- Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates - Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
- Perform data attribute editing - Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
- Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
- Close the ticket per process with appropriate closing actions
