We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & PR Executive to manage our brand's social media presence, strengthen media relations, and build a positive brand image through engaging content and effective public relations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan creative content ideas, captions, reels, and stories.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors for content creation.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and social media best practices.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Public Relations (PR)
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and publications.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and official announcements.
- Identify opportunities for brand features, articles, podcasts, and media coverage.
- Manage influencer outreach and brand collaborations.
- Monitor media mentions and maintain PR records.
- Support crisis communication and protect the brand's reputation.
Brand Communications
- Support founder branding and thought leadership initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external brand communication.
- Assist in planning brand events, exhibitions, and press meets.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in media relations and influencer management.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and AI content tools.
- Robust organizational and project management
