Job Title: Bodyshop Manager
Location: Ambattur, Arumbakkam, Bharani, Nandambakkam
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Bodyshop Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day bodyshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage vehicle accident repairs, insurance coordination, and service quality.
- Lead and supervise technicians and service teams to achieve productivity targets.
- Monitor repair timelines, job allocation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety norms, and process compliance.
- Prepare reports on bodyshop performance, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in bodyshop management.
- Strong knowledge of accident repair processes, insurance claims, and workshop operations.
- Excellent team management and customer relationship skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
