Role Description:

. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales performance, and leading high-performing teams.

As the face of the brand,



the Senior Store Manager will oversee the overall store operations, ensuring world-class service standards, operational excellence, and achievement of business goals. The role involves managing VIP clients, celebrity and wedding clientele, cultivating long-term customer relationships, and creating personalized luxury shopping experiences that reflect the brand's values.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of luxury retail, with the ability to motivate teams, maximize store profitability, and uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
