Role Description
The Operations Intern TCI (Unpaid) role is a remote internship focused on supporting the daily operational activities of TalentCraft India. The intern will assist in coordinating online classes, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between instructors, learners, and the operations team. Responsibilities may include tracking enrollment data, helping with basic process documentation, and supporting project-based initiatives to improve operational efficiency.



The intern will also contribute to monitoring workflows, identifying minor issues, and sharing observations with supervisors to enhance service delivery. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to operations in an education-focused online environment.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to track data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, instructors, and learners.
- Basic understanding of operations management to assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow monitoring.
