About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
Talent Management Intern
to join our Creator Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of influencer marketing, talent management, creator onboarding, campaign execution, and brand partnerships. As an intern, you will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and foster long-term relationships. This role is ideal for individuals interested in digital marketing, social media,



and talent management who are eager to develop their skills in a rapid-paced environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree. A strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, as well as the creator ecosystem, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
