Role Summary

The Sales & GeM Operations Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing
Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations
. This role requires a candidate with prior experience in office furniture, modular furniture, seating systems, or similar
B2B manufacturing industries
, ensuring they understand the product category and client expectations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving close collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with customers.

*Key Responsibilities*

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in corporate and government sectors.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into sales.
- Conduct client meetings,



presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

GeM Portal Operations
- Regularly monitor the GeM portal for relevant tenders, bids, and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotations, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
- Track bid status, follow up on tender outcomes, and manage order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, tenders, and GeM transactions.

Order Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure product availability and customization.
- Work with logistics teams to plan timely dispatch and delivery.
- Liaise with the finance team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of orders from inquiry to delivery.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corpo
