Position Summary

The Manager Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and customer engagement for CPVC resin and compound products across India and the Subcontinent region. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong industry knowledge, established relationships within the piping and plumbing industry, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships.

The incumbent will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to execute strategic growth initiatives, enhance market penetration, and support the company s long-term business objectives

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

1. Achieve annual sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets for CPVC resin and compound products.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen the company s position in the CPVC industry.

3. Identify and convert new business opportunities across pipe, fitting, industrial, and allied applications.

4.



Drive business growth through direct engagement with manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts.

5. Develop sales forecasts and business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

1. Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, distributors, consultants, and industry influencers.

2. Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and provide commercial and technical support.

3. Manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, commercial agreements, and contract renewals.

4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments.

2. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence.

3. Recommend strategic actions to improve market
