About the Role

Daymart Hypermarket is looking for an experienced and results-oriented
Store Manager
to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and proven experience managing FMCG retail stores while driving sales, operational excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities


- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily store reporting.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum
4 years of experience
as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the
FMCG Retail/Hypermarket/Supermarket
industry.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
