We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant
with strong expertise in
SAP Production Planning (PP)
and
Quality Management (QM)
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
plant rollout, manufacturing configuration, master data migration, production support, and go-live activities
.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and configure all required
SAP PP/QM SPRO settings
for new plant implementation.
- Update manufacturing
custom (Z) tables
with new plant codes.
- Migrate and maintain plant-specific manufacturing master data, including:
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Work Centers/Resources
- Task Lists (Rate Routings/Master Recipes/Inspection Plans)
- Production Versions
- Functional Locations
- Review and update custom developments for plant-specific configurations.
- Configure and support custom manufacturing processes, including
COR6 confirmation parameters
.
- Update background jobs and variants with plant-specific PP/QM settings.
- Review, validate, and test QM outputs, forms, and quality processes.
- Execute end-to-end testing to ensure manufacturing and quality processes function seamlessly for the new plant.
- Support go-live activities, including:
- Closing existing process orders and inspection lots.
- Creating recent production/process orders.
- Ensuring raw material inventory readiness.
- Supporting plant-specific batch classification activities.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP PP/QM consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in
SAP Production Planning (PP)
and
Quality Management (QM)
.
- Hands-on experience with
SPRO configuration
for manufacturing plants.
- Expertise in
BOMs, Work Centers, Task Lists, Production Versions, Functional Locations, and Inspection Plans
.
- Experience in
master data migration
and plant rollout projects.
- Knowledge of
process orders,
