We are seeking a Team Lead having 8- 10 years experience to develop high-quality full-stack applications in a collaborative, hybrid team environment. This role requires strong ownership of features, adherence to clean coding principles, and the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges using current and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop full-stack web applications using:
- React
- Node.js
- GraphQL and REST APIs

1. Take ownership of new features, including design, development, and integration
2. Write high-quality, clean, and test-driven code
3. Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and peers to determine optimal technical solutions
4. Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements and implementations
5. Apply strong understanding of SDLC, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices
6. Implement and follow software development patterns and best practices
7. Work with MySQL databases for data design and operations
8. Use ORM tools (TypeORM or similar) effectively
9. Develop and maintain automated tests (Jest or similar)
10.



Work with JavaScript build and deployment systems
11. Contribute to and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar)
12. Ensure code quality and maintainability, including participation in reviews and integration efforts

Required Skills & Experience :

1. 710 years of experience in full-stack software development
2. Strong hands-on experience with:
