Role Description
The Lead Generation Specialist at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new leads through research, outbound outreach, and engagement with potential clients in target industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining lead lists, conducting calls and emails to prospects, tracking interactions in CRM tools, and coordinating closely with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The specialist will also assist in developing lead-generation campaigns, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and providing regular reports on pipeline status and conversion metrics.

Qualifications
- Solid ability to identify and qualify new leads, with experience in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Excellent communication skills,



including clear verbal and written communication for outreach and client interactions.
- Sales-focused mindset, with an understanding of consultative sales processes and collaboration with sales teams.
- Research skills to analyze markets, target accounts, and decision-makers within safety and consulting domains.
- Comfort using CRM and lead management tools, as well as basic proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B services, consulting, or safety-related industries is an advantage.
