About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Node JS Developer
with strong expertise in
PostgreSQL
and frameworks such as
Express JS
or
Nest JS
. The ideal candidate should have a strong backend development background and be comfortable with building scalable, high-performance applications.
Job Overview

- Must have at least 3 years of experience with Node JS and at least 1-2 years of experience with Express JS or Nest JS.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend systems.
- Familiarity with ORMs (Object Relational Mapping), preferably Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, such as JWT or OAuth, and experience with building secure APIs.
- Ability to work with cloud technologies for deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with working in agile environments and using Jira or similar task management tools.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to debugging and performance optimization.
Job Qualification
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or related field.
Abilities
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Strong database design skills, particularly with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and data integrity.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and the ability to design and implement microservices-based systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
