Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product features, purity, hallmarking, certifications, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
- Coordinate with the billing team for smooth customer transactions.
- Promote festive offers, exchange schemes, and loyalty programs.
- Follow showroom security procedures and company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and collections.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Gold, Diamond, Silver, or Bridal Jewellery sales.
- Knowledge of hallmarking, jewellery certification, and product quality standards.
- Experience in customer relationship management and retail sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
