Job Summary
Digital Happiness Agency is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience with ATS or HRMS software is an added advantage.
