Job Summary

As a
Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound travel inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to grow in the travel industry.





Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Generate quotations and customize travel itineraries.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for booking confirmations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell travel services including hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory
