Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage site engineering activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects.
- Oversee building construction processes from foundation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field (building construction).
- Diploma or BE degree in Civil Engineering required; B.Tech preferred.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design and materials science.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
