Justification for the vacancy

The Project Lead owns the full internal delivery lifecycle of one or more concurrent consulting engagements project and sprint management, technical delivery quality, governance, cost, and process compliance. This role does not own client-side communication; that is handled by the PM or account layer. The Project Lead manages the rest of the Project team and is accountable for what gets built, how well it is built, whether it is on time, and whether it is within budget.

6+ years (exceptional candidates: 3+ years) of delivery management experience in consulting or technology services, with demonstrable ownership of technical delivery quality, concurrent project management, and budget accountability. No degree requirement. Candidates must demonstrate concurrent project ownership, a budget they managed, and a technical quality problem they identified and resolved before it escalated.

candidates must describe a delivery risk or quality issue they caught and addressed before anyone asked them to.

Essential Skills:
- Has owned end-to-end delivery of a consulting or technology project from kick-off through go-live can walk through decisions, blockers, quality gates, and outcomes.
- Has managed 2 or more concurrent projects simultaneously can describe how prioritization, resource allocation, and conflict resolution were handled.
- Has tracked and managed a project budget: actuals vs. plan, burn rate, forecast to complete in any tool.
- Can run a full sprint cycle independently planning, grooming, review, retro and demonstrate how velocity was tracked and course-corrected.
- Has managed a technical team's delivery quality code reviews, architecture alignment checks, or NFR validation not just scheduled them.
- Can produce a delivery plan with critical path, resource allocation, and milestone dependencies independently, in any tool.
