Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – TIBCO / Java Integration to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, and event-driven architectures, along with experience leading TIBCO to Java/Spring Boot migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Drive TIBCO to Java/Spring Boot migration initiatives and define integration architecture.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs, event-driven applications, and messaging solutions on GCP Pub/Sub.
- Ensure high-performance, secure, and resilient applications using industry best practices.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code/design reviews, and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise integration solutions.
