Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Customer Success and Consulting Services in India. In this client-facing, you will lead the delivery of impactful client-facing projects that directly support customer adoption,



value realisation, and long‑term customer health. Project Managers act as trusted delivery partners, working closely with Customer Success to ensure outcomes align with client objectives, contractual commitments, and internal delivery standards. The role requires significant international travel to the Middle East to support onsite client delivery activities.

The onsite component is a critical aspect of the role and includes:
- Direct engagement with client stakeholders to drive delivery alignment and transparency
- Leading in-person workshops, planning sessions, and steering meetings
- Coordinating closely with client-side teams and leadership
- Driving issue resolution and maintaining robust client relationships
