Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads for commercial leasing.
- Handle client meetings and property site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
- Maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets.
- Stay updated with Delhi NCR commercial market trends.
Preferred candidate profile
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Solid knowledge of commercial office leasing, retail leasing, and corporate leasing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Existing network of corporate clients, landlords, and channel partners will be an added advantage.
Salary
35,000 - 1,00,000 per month
(Based on experience, performance, and interview.)
