Senior Associate Pricefx Configuration Engineer (Groovy) | India (Pricing Practice)

Role summary

We are hiring a Senior Associate Pricefx Configuration Engineer for our Pricing Technology.

practice in India. This role is focused on configuring and extending Pricefx solutions using Groovy scripting to deliver enterprise pricing capabilities including price execution, deal guidance, approval workflows and rebates/incentives.

You will also support pricing analytics (dashboards, KPIs, and insight generation) and enable AI-assisted pricing use cases (e.g., intelligent deal guidance, anomaly detection, segmentation signals) to improve commercial outcomes.

This is a client-facing delivery role within cross-functional transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

Pricefx configuration & development (Groovy)
- Configure and extend Pricefx using Groovy scripting to implement pricing logic, workflows, data transformations, validations, and UI behaviors.
- Build and maintain pricing procedures: discount guardrails, approval workflows, price list logic, segmentation models,



and agreement constructs aligned to

business requirements.
- Develop reusable configuration components and accelerators following engineering standards to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. AI-enabled pricing & analytics build
- Partner with functional and analytics teams to embed AI-assisted pricing use cases such as:
- Intelligent deal guidance / next-best discount recommendations within governance guardrails
- Anomaly detection on price changes, margin leakage, and discount outliers
- Customer/product segmentation and elasticity signals
- Alerts for pricing compliance, approvals, and policy exceptions
- Support build of pricing analytics including:
- KPI definitions (realized price, win-rate vs discount, margin waterfall, price variance, rebate effectiveness)
- Data preparation and validation
- Insight outputs and dashboard enablement
- Collaborate with data and integration teams
