Role Description
This remote Content Developer internship role focuses on creating transparent, user-friendly content that supports customers and internal teams using TickoraDesk. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and updating help center articles, product guides, FAQs, and in-app tooltips,
as well as structuring content for ease of use and consistent style. The Content Developer will collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to understand new features and translate them into accessible documentation and learning materials. The role also involves assisting with content planning, organizing knowledge base structure, and collecting feedback from users and support agents to continuously improve content quality and relevance. This is an internship position designed to provide hands-on experience in content development within a modern SaaS and customer support environment.
