Minimum of 3–5 years of hands on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
- Workday Benefits configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events,
carrier feeds)
- Benefits administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events)
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM Business Processes and Security
- Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations (benefits carriers/vendors)
- Inbox/ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
- Developing and maintaining Workday reports (standard and custom)
Nice to Have:
- Workday Benefits certification
- Experience with advantages compliance (US & Canada)
- Stakeholder management (HR, Benefits, IT)
- Experience working in Agile Pods
