Finance Transformation
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 3+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock current value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building financial models and designing AI pipelines — translating complex financial requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the Finance function and the Data & Technology organization, driving transformation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and strategic insight across the business.

Work you'll do
As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Finance AI team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze finance and business requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical, and technical AI-enabled solutions




- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, business analysts, data architects, and technology teams to define and deliver scalable solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for finance use cases such as anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecasting, and expense classification
- Develop generative AI, natural language processing, prompt library, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent solutions to support finance planning, reporting, audit, and decision support activities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API-based integrations across cloud and data platforms, including AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Support AI governance, model risk, and explainability practices, and provide guidance to team members on AI tools, agentic AI, and prompt engineering
