Position Overview:

We are looking for a PSA (Skilled Services Automation) Admin with strong integration expertise to manage, configure, and optimize PSA platforms (e.g., Replicon, Kantata, Mavenlink, FinancialForce) while building and maintaining integrations with upstream/downstream systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, and finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure PSA tools - resource management, project/time tracking, billing, and reporting modules.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between the PSA platform and systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Workday, ADP, or similar.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data sync issues, and API-level errors across connected systems.
- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft, Boomi) to automate data flow.
