This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, specifically in healthcare applications, and who is proficient in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Langchain and langGraph. With an experience requirement of 10-16 years, we are looking for a candidate who can significantly contribute to our ongoing projects and innovation drives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced AI models using LLMs to drive insights and decision-making processes in healthcare.
- Implement solutions by leveraging core AI technologies such as neural networks, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into broader systems.
- Lead the research on new methodologies to improve model accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technologies in the AI space; evaluate their applicability to business goals and operational requirements.
- Document all phases of research and development; present findings and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and team members on best practices in AI development.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming for artificial intelligence applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including but not limited to Langchain or langGraph frameworks.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their real-world usage benefits.
