The Customer Relations Officer serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Ability to drive a minimum of 75Km per day
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid license
- Fit and ready for a strenuous work environment
- Positive working attitude, communicative skills, especially with the low-income societies Receptive to training, supervision, and tendency to work in a team
- Conduct market research and survey activities




- Participate in the development of new microfinance products and services
- Orient prospective clients about the Organization, its products, and services
- Receive loan applications and perform credit investigation on loan applicants
- Organize all loan application documents submitted by the applicant and prepare credit files
- Conduct inspection and/or assessment of the trustworthiness of the applicant
- Prepare legal documents, files of approved loans
- Facilitate loan release and assist in client re-briefing during the loan discharge Recommend loan accounts for restructuring
- Para-legal and legal action, if any
- Regular monitoring of clients by conducting meetings.
- Submit daily accomplishments reports to the Branch Manager

Required Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary or any equivalent or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
