At Kyzo AI, we're building an AI workforce that help businesses engage leads, qualify prospects, and automate sales conversations at scale.

We're looking for someone to build and own our organic growth engine.

This isn't a traditional Content Manager or Social Media Manager role. We're looking for an operator. Someone who understands how attention works, knows how to build an audience, and can turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch, read, and share.

Your mission is simple:
grow Kyzo's presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, and establish us as a category leader in AI.

What You'll Own:
- Develop and execute our content strategy across platforms.
- Research trends, customer pain points, and generate high-conviction content ideas.
- Write LinkedIn posts, YouTube scripts, newsletters, case studies, and other thought leadership content.
- Own the content calendar and work closely with the founders, product, and sales teams.
- Coordinate production with our editing team and ensure content gets published consistently.
- Analyze performance,



run experiments, and continuously improve our content engine.

Who We're looking For:
- You've personally grown
at least one
social media channel to
10,000+ followers/subscribers.
- You're analytical and make decisions using data, not assumptions.
- You're comfortable with AI tools and quick to adopt new technology.
- You think from first principles and don't need step-by-step instructions.
- You take ownership, move rapid, and know how to get things done.
- You enjoy wearing multiple hats and thrive in ambiguity.
