Role Description
This is a full-time Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Gurugram, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the marketing team by identifying and evaluating potential influencers across social media platforms, assisting with outreach, and maintaining influencer relationship databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating campaign briefs, tracking content deliverables, monitoring performance metrics, and compiling reports on influencer activities.



The intern will also help with content ideation, basic copywriting for influencer collaborations, and competitor research to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital branding.
- Ability to research creators, analyze engagement metrics, and organize data effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for outreach and collaboration with influencers.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, social media analytics tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, manage time independently, and meet deadlines.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
