We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer| Mumbai having 8+ yrs with robust experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and optimization of Generative AI solutions.

Design scalable architectures for LLM-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embedding models and vector databases.

Design, evaluate, and fine-tune system and user prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, latency,



and safety.

Implement model evaluation, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance GenAI applications in production environments.

Required Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading technical teams or complex software projects.

Strong programming expertise in Python and backend application development.

Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based application development.

Hands-on experience with LangChain, ADK (Agent Development Kit), Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.

Strong experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with vector databases.
