Hiring: AI Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI) – Senior Consultant / Manager

Experience:
6+ Years (3+ Years in AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI)

Key Skills:
- Strong
Python programming
(Mandatory)
- Hands-on understanding of
LLMs, GenAI & Autonomous AI Agents
- Experience with
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
and contextual AI solutions
- Knowledge of
stateful AI agents
, memory management, and knowledge retention
- Understanding of
self-learning/reinforcement concepts
for AI agents
- Experience with
LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI
or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of
Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI agent architectures




- Familiarity with
browser automation, sandbox environments, and multimodal AI
(voice/video)
- Understanding of
AI explainability, traceability, and governance
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
- Project management or business analysis experience in AI initiatives is an advantage

For Manager Level:
- Experience leading end-to-end AI/GenAI project delivery, planning, governance, and execution.
