Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and lead the nursing team. The ideal candidate should possess solid clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities across wards, ICUs, OTs, emergency, and other clinical areas.
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centric nursing care.
- Allocate nursing staff effectively and maintain adequate nurse-to-patient ratios.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and compliance with clinical protocols.




- Conduct regular clinical rounds and address patient and attendant concerns promptly.
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and support departments for seamless patient care.
- Handle medical emergencies, code situations, and critical incidents efficiently.
- Monitor nursing discipline, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct.
- Assist in preparing duty rosters, managing leave schedules, and ensuring optimum manpower utilization.
- Maintain inventory of nursing equipment and consumables while ensuring proper utilization.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and staff training programs.
- Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and other nursing-related MIS as required.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned
