Role & responsibilities

* Support daily production activities as per the production schedule.

* Coordinate with the Production Manager, Store, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

* Maintain production reports, work orders, and daily progress records.

* Monitor availability of raw materials and report shortages.

* Assist in planning and scheduling production activities.

* Ensure timely movement of materials between departments.

* Maintain proper documentation of production records and reports.

* Follow company quality standards and production procedures.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for production-related requirements.

* Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished products as per the committed schedule.

* Report production delays, material shortages,



and operational issues to the Production Manager.

* Support inventory verification and stock reconciliation whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.

* Experience in Production, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Signage, Advertising, Engineering, or Industrial Operations will be preferred.

* Understanding of production processes and workflow.

* Strong coordination and communication skills.

* Valuable documentation and record-keeping ability.

* Ability to work under deadlines.

* Problem-solving and multitasking skills.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.
