About The Role
Lead Mechanical BIM coordination across international projects while ensuring quality deliverables and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical BIM activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and review Revit MEP models in compliance with BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and client standards.
- Develop, review, and maintain Revit Fabrication models while ensuring proper use and maintenance of fabrication databases in accordance with project and industry standards.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare, review,
and coordinate fabrication spools and spool drawings to support off-site fabrication and site installation.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of coordination issues.
- Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Mentor BIM Engineers and support project delivery.
- Ensure model quality, compliance, and timely submission of deliverables.
- Assist in developing and implementing the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned disciplines.
- Conduct regular model audits and QA/QC checks against project LOD and modelling standards.
- Support Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, including model uploads, version control, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate with structural and architectural teams to resolve interdisciplinary clashes and design conflicts.
