Position : HR Manager
Location : Devendra Nagar, Raipur
Salary : Upto 23,000 CTC
Education : MBA or any Relevant Management Certification

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals. The role involves managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes—from hiring and onboarding to performance evaluation and exit management— ensuring a positive and compliant work workplace.

Requisite Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRMS / HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making capabilities.

Desired Skills:
- Experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
- Exposure to HR analytics and data driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of performance appraisal systems and competency frameworks.
- Updated knowledge of labour and employment laws.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
