We are looking for an Executive – Logistics & Inventory to manage the day-to-day movement and inventory of finished jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, tag, and maintain finished jewellery inventory.
- Update all stock movements in the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Coordinate certification, hallmarking, and engraving activities.
- Prepare jewellery for dispatch with proper packing, labelling, and documentation.
- Support stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory aging updates.
- Process sales returns and coordinate QC inspections.
- Track customer repair items and maintain movement records.
- Ensure organized documentation, audit-ready records, and compliance with inventory processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, or jewellery operations preferred.
- Basic ERP knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
