Zingo Kids is a new indoor kids' play zone and birthday-party venue in Thane West — soft play, trampolines, ninja course, café, and parties.
Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming birthday enquiries, scout for recent leads, and close them
- Own birthday parties end-to-end — bookings, setup, hosting, vendors
- Enforce safety, child-safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
- Handle guest experience, complaints, and incident reporting
- Oversee café coordination, stock, and daily cash reconciliation
- Share daily reports
- Manage daily operations — opening/closing, staff rosters, floor supervision
- Lead and train the team
Requirements
- 2–4 years in operations, events, hospitality, or F&B; (kids/entertainment a plus)
- Strong people management and problem-solving
- Warm with kids and parents; calm under pressure
- Available on weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable with POS/billing and basic reporting
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
