Senior Interior Designer – Tranquil Decor Pvt. Ltd.

? CTC: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,40,000 per annum (₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month)

Tranquil Decor is one of Jharkhand’s fastest-growing interior design firms, serving all 24 districts of the state with 250+ consultations completed and 100% client satisfaction. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our core team and lead client projects from concept to completion.

What you’ll do:

• Lead client consultations, understand their needs, and translate briefs into design concepts

• Prepare 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and detailed material/finish specifications

• Present design proposals confidently and manage client expectations throughout the project

• Stay current with design trends, materials, and finishes

• Mentor junior designers and support the design team

What we’re looking for:





• 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial interior design

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software

• Solid understanding of materials, hardware, and finishes (plywood, laminates, lighting, etc.)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for design

Compensation: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,40,000 per annum CTC (based on experience)
