CSD Manager (Customer Service Department)
who can efficiently manage customer relationships, project coordination, internal communication,



and post-order execution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Overview

The CSD Manager will serve as the primary bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth coordination from project confirmation to successful completion.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
