Role Description
The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will identify and approach potential clients, present NvaraMedia’s performance marketing and influencer solutions, and build strong, long-term relationships with brand decision-makers. You will conduct regular client meetings, pitch customized growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable campaigns.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving agreed-upon sales and revenue targets. You will also monitor market trends, gather feedback from clients, and share insights with the strategy and marketing teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling, with the ability to engage decision-makers and influence outcomes.
- Experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably within marketing, advertising, or media services.
- Ability to understand and communicate performance marketing and influencer marketing concepts in clear, business-focused terms.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline, using CRM tools, and preparing professional proposals and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid interpersonal skil
