We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Associates who are passionate about helping people while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
As a
Sales Associate
, you will be responsible for speaking with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, explaining our services, and helping them choose the right career support program. You will guide candidates throughout the sales process, build strong relationships, and work closely with recruiters and customer support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gandhinagar Office.
Job Summary
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidate requirements and career objectives.
- Explain Nike Consultant's services, programs, and pricing clearly.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify candidate needs.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with recruiters and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on U.S. job market trends and company offerings.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
