Uplift AI is an AI SEO platform. We help businesses rank on Google and on the AI answer engines people now ask first: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. We audit a website, show where it's losing visibility, and tell the owner exactly what to change to rank. Our customers are small businesses, local service providers, and SEO agencies across Canada and the US.

We're early and moving quick, with a clear goal: reach $1M in annual recurring revenue. This role owns how we get there on the marketing side.

The Role

You'll run growth end to end: influencer and UGC campaigns, email and LinkedIn outreach, our weekly newsletter, Twitter/X community marketing, our social channels, and paid ads. This is a build-it role. You set up the systems, run the campaigns, and own the numbers. If you've done marketing inside a tech startup or an AI tool and you like owning a wide surface area, this is that job.

What you'll do

Influencer and UGC marketing
- Find, vet, and reach out to influencers across niches, ethnicities, and communities. We sell to a diverse North American market,



so campaigns should reflect it.
- Pitch collaborations, negotiate rates, and onboard creators.
- Write the brand brief so creators produce on-message UGC.
- Get short-form reels and viral-format videos made, with creators genuinely talking about the product.
- Post the content and track what each creator drives.

Affiliate program
- Recruit creators into our affiliate program and keep them active.
- Set the terms, onboard them, and track affiliate leads and revenue per creator.

Email marketing and signup conversion
- We get a steady flow of free signups. Work the founder's distribution list.
- For signups who haven't upgraded, send a personalized website audit: what's holding their site back, and how Uplift fixes it, including the specific changes that would help them rank on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google.
- Write outreach that turns free users into paid subscribers.
