The Associate Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of
the centre while driving membership sales, renewals, customer satisfaction, and operational
excellence. The role acts as the face of the centre and delivers an outstanding member
experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly membership sales, renewal, and upselling targets.
- Convert walk-ins and trial members into paid memberships.
- Conduct effective sales consultations and product presentations.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM/portal.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
2. Centre Operations
- Ensure smooth daily opening and closing of the centre.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Conduct daily operational audits and checklist compliance.
- Manage inventory of water, towels, stationery, first-aid supplies,
and other essentials.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure classes start on time.
3. Member Experience
- Welcome members and create a positive fitness environment.
- Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build robust relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Collect and document member feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure trainer attendance and punctuality.
- Support the Centre Manager in achieving operational KPIs.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of memberships and transactions.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance guidelines.
