Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Expertise in Billing Accounts and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Experience implementing and optimizing end-to-end NetSuite business processes.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for ERP automation, analytics, and business optimization.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of finance, billing, revenue recognition, and ERP best practices.
- Lead NetSuite implementation, customization,
enhancement, and support projects across business functions.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including Billing Accounts and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Design and implement automated business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams during solution development.
- Perform solution reviews, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex NetSuite issues and recommend effective resolutions.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
