We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in paid ads, SEO, and LinkedIn marketing. The role requires someone who understands both data and creatives, and can drive measurable growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets and scale campaigns to achieve robust ROI
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page basics)
- Identify and guide high-performing creatives (ads, copies, formats)
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Track performance using analytics tools and derive actionable insights
- Required Skills 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads / B2B performance marketing
- SEO fundamentals
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels, targeting, and creative performance
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills
