Role Overview

This role leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade Amazon Connect contact centers. You will architect secure, scalable, and highly available solutions leveraging AWS services including Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS. The position requires advanced expertise in complex contact flows, Lex bot design, API/Lambda integrations, and data analytics using Python and SQL. You will drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, and GitHub, while applying agile delivery to manage sprints and stakeholder priorities. The role also involves translating business needs into actionable architectures and mentoring junior team members through full project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of technology consulting with strong focus on contact center solutions and cloud operations
- 6-7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Amazon Connect in large-scale environments
- Expertise designing and developing complex Amazon Connect contact flows (Lex, Lambda,



external APIs, Python, JSON)
- Advanced experience building AWS Lex bots for NLP, conversational AI, and call routing
- Proficiency architecting secure, scalable, HA solutions using AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, SQS
- Solid coding skills in Python; ability to write complex SQL for analytics and reporting
- Solid data/string analysis skills for contact center reporting and insights
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Docker, GitHub/version control
- Proven agile delivery: leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to translate complex business/technical requirements into solution architectures and detailed designs
- End-to-end delivery experience: assessment, design, build, deployment, and operational transition
- Awareness of emerging cloud and contact center tre
